One of Joe Banana's driver we'll meet you at port of Sorrento, he'll stand right in front of the gang way of your cruise ship with a sign and your name on it.

Then we'll drive by Amalfi Coast where we can have a couple stops to get beautiful pictures. Right after 1 ½ hour we'll get to Avellino.

Avellino is renowned as the land of great noble wines and this tour allows access into the main wine cellars where the following three wines are produced:

"Greco di Tufo" is an aristocratic wine that was first introduced by the Greeks from Thessaly. It is straw-colored, golden yellow and has a pleasing and characteristic aroma with dry harmonious taste which goes well with all dishes.

"Fiano" is an antique wine from the Latin "vitis apiana" (as it attracts bees). It is very aromatic and can also be served as an aperitif. Yellow-straw in color, it has an intense yet pleasant aroma and is dry in taste (similar to toasted hazelnuts). It goes well with all fish based dishes.

"Tauràsi" is considered to be one of the best "reds" in Italy and was the first in Campania to be awarded the prestigious DOCG. Its ruby, burgundy color acquires orange reflections with aging. It has a pleasing aroma and a dry and aromatic taste which goes well with lasagne, game, roasts, mushrooms and strong or seasoned cheeses.
