Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made by clients must be requested in writing via email and the date of cancellation will be calculated based on Italian standard time.

Request received more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date: no charge or full refund issued.
Request received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date and/or no show on date of service: full amount charged or no refund issued.
