Please notice: Due to the increasingly high tourist volume within the Cinque Terre, a local Administration Decree has prohibited private vehicles to drive through them. Your driver will then accompany you to the first town and assist you with ticket purchases for the ferry or train, and wait for you in the last town at the end of the day.
The five villages of Cinque Terre will enchant you with their breathtaking panoramas, famous all over the world. A very peculiar system of (low stone walls) shaped and layered over the course of nearly two millennia this landscape made of steep terraces, gardens, vineyards and olive groves, hanging from sheer cliffs.
You will explore Pisa, where the the world-famous Leaning Tower is located. Of course a stop in Piazza dei Miracoli for the unforgettable photos is a must, but do not forget that this university city is also full of history and culture, thanks to its glorious past as a Maritime Republic.
