This is the perfect experience for all food lovers!

You will visit an old milll in the Sorrento area and see how the original olive oil is made. Raw material carefully selected and a strict control on the entire production chain ensure a product with an inimitable taste and with extraordinary organoleptic properties. You will have the chance to taste more than 30 different locally produced goods while learning everything about their making!

You will stop in a small, family cheese factory where they will demonstrate how this delicious food is made, starting from raw milk to the final product. Here you will also have the opportunity to taste several freshly produced cheeses like Mozzarella cheese, ricotta and more...)

A professional pizza chef will show you how a real pizza is prepared! You will make your own pizza, starting with the dough, then adding various toppings, and finally baking it in the traditional wood oven. After this unforgettable cooking class you will have the pleasure of eating your own masterpiece! Pizza will be served with drinks and a dessert, all included in the price.

I have some dietary preferences/needs, can I do this tour?

Where and how will I find the driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the confirmed pickup location (your arrival train track, at the airport arrival exit gate, at your accommodation) holding a sign with your name written on it.

What type of vehicle will be used for our tour?

We provide services in luxury Mercedes and Volkswagen sedans, minivans or minibuses (depending on availability). For parties of 1-3 guests we normally use a sedan. For parties of 4-8 guests we use minivans. And for parties larger than 8 guests we either use multiple minivans or a minibus (depending upon availability).

If I want to change my tour date after tickets have been purchased, such as for the Colosseum or Vatican, will my tickets still be valid on my new tour date?

Unfortunately, as tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, if tickets have already been purchased when you choose to change your tour date, the tickets purchased will no longer be valid for your tour. Please contact us and we will be happy to advise on entrance times for you to purchase new tickets on your own.

Don't miss this tour!!! Nunzio and his trainee, Biagio, guided us on a wonderful, memorable gastronomic tour of Sorrento. Nunzio has a depth of knowledge about the area that is incredible. Couple that with his great personality and the tour was fantastic. We explored an olive oil factory and tastes the great oils of Gargiulo; we watched masters make mozarella and other cheeses and got to taste the freshly made cheeses; we toured a fantastic pasta factory and then sampled the wares at their restaurant; then we were surprised with a trip to artistic masterpieces in a grotto designed and created by an artisan that is carried on by his son. The tour was truly wonderful and the banter between Nunzio and Biagio kept us laughing all day long. Highly recommend Joe Banana Limos and Tours!
