We booked a private transfer from Naples to our hotel in Sorrento, with a two hour guided tour of Pompeii on the way. I could not rate our experience more highly. Our driver Raffaele found us easily, drove us comfortably, and entertained us with facts and knowledge of our surrounds on the way. At Pompeii, our guide Paolo was incredibly knowledgeable, but also entertaining in describing the history of the city for us. Booking this tour took all of the stress out of travelling in a foreign country, and allowed us to experience Pompeii on a 'travel day's of our trip. Maria was also very helpful coordinating everything through WhatsApp. 10/10 experience.

Had the most amazing experience working with Anna from Joe Banana's. We arranged a multiple day multiple experience tour with them along the Amalfi coast, including private transfers, hikes, and private boat tours. Anna was responsive, attentive, and kind. The Bout tours were incredible as was the path of gods hike, wine tasting in Pompeii and pizza lunch in Naples. The Drivers were friendly and safe. Our custom three-week tour through Italy with Joe Banana was the trip of a lifetime! Milena arranged an amazing itinerary that covered everything on our wish list, even a private kayak experience in Sorrento. Our driver, Stefano, picked us up in Tuscany, and kept us laughing as we travelled to Cinque Terre, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano and Rome, to name a few of the spots we visited. A highlight of the trip was our private boat tour around Capri. We loved the Parco dei Principi in Sorrento and wish we had allowed for more down time to enjoy our time there. We debated whether to hire a driver or simply rent a car for our tour of the Amalfi Coast. We chose the former and boy are we glad we did. Alexandro was a first class professional driver and an excellent guide. He tailored the tour to the experiences we were seeking and expertly handled the seemingly impassible route that would have caused us heartburn and PTSD. We recently had the pleasure of using Joe Banana Limo Service for our Naples-Sorrento transfers and full day tour along the Amalfi Coast, and it was an experience we'll never forget! Our last transfer was from our Sorrento Airbnb back to the train station, with a detour to Pompeii. This time, Peppe was our driver. He was equally friendly and efficient, helping us with our ever-growing luggage. He had tickets ready for us to explore Pompeii, making the visit seamless. I have been traveling to Europe from the US for many years. I have maybe written one other review in my life, but felt compelled to do so after this past trip we just arrived home from taking. My wife and I worked with Milena to plan a nearly 2 week trip to Italy that would require JB's services for: an initial airport transfer in Rome to our hotel; a transfer from Rome to Venice with a stop in Bologna along the way; guided tours in Venice; transports to the Prosecco Hills and Dolomites from Venice; a transfer to the Venice airport for a flight to Naples, a transfer from the Naples airport to our hotel in Amalfi; guided tours of the Amalfi coast; a transfer back to Rome; and finally a transfer to the Rome airport upon our departure. I consider myself a pretty meticulous planner, and the guided tours we booked were each bespoke, and I can say that each tour was improved by Milena's suggestions which included covering several details I would never have thought to address (one example being the coordination between our transfer drivers in Venice with the water taxi captains - countless hours would have been wasted had Milena not been timing the water taxis' arrival at the dock perfectly with our arrival back to Venice). Covering this number of different regions of Italy in my past visits there involved countless hours of research finding and contracting with multiple different companies and trying to coordinate between them. Milena used her resources and the knowledge of her home country to make sure everything we did was efficient and seamless. I cannot express how impressed I was with this company, and how perfectly this dream vacation was executed. There were a lot of moving pieces to coordinate, and Milena made sure that happened. She is a treasure. I highly recommend using this company for your visits to Italy - I will definitely be using them again, hopefully soon, and I will be forever grateful to Milena for her attention to detail, cheerful and quick responses, and overall awesomeness from the first day I reached out to the company through the end of our vacation.
