One of Joe Banana's drivers will meet you at your accommodation in Amalfi for a fantastic tour!

The day will start with a relaxing drive uphill along a very narrow road passing by several wineries and olive factories which will lead us to Ravello. This rural village completely unspoilt by tourism, is perched on top of the mountain cliff situated above Amalfi and Minori.

Ravello, is famous for its breath-taking views, natural beauty and ancient monuments and these are seen at their very best in the stunning gardens of Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo. In high season, these gardens are rich in the heady perfume of blooming flowers, flora and the sharp, sweet scent of lemons. Ravello is also denominated THE CITY OF MUSIC, here Richard Wagner composed his opera Parsifal. You will have about 1 hour or more to explore the beauty of this coastal town on your own.

After Ravello, you will drive for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes along the scenic Amalfi Coast, stopping several times to capture photos of the magnificent coastline, before arriving in beautiful Sorrento

We will then stop right in the main square of Sorrento where you can have one hour or more to explore this wonderful town.

Sorrento, next to the Amalfi Coast, is a major shopping centre for local people as well as tourists. You can choose to spend your time shopping, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the historical area of town, or just enjoy the incredible coastal views.

You will have time for lunch in Sorrento and your driver will be happy to suggest a restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of the area.

After Sorrento, you will find yourselves driving down-hill directly through Positano descending down the winding one-way road, passing by many picturesque houses and shops, and ultimately arriving in the heart of the town, at “Piazza dei Mulini”. This is the last point accessible by car, so the driver will park our car and allow you to walk downtown where all the streets lead to the waterfront.

Here you can have about one hour or more to discover this beautiful village denominated “The Jewel of The Amalfi Coast”.

Positano has beautiful things to see: the Cathedral, ceramic shops, lemons, hand-made shoes and, of course, “Positano fashion”.

After your time in Positano, you will continue along the Amalfi Coast road as we return to your accommodation in Amalfi.

We reserve the right to change the order in which we visit the sites.
