Travel back in time and discover the Etruscan history just outside Rome.

You will visit Tuscania, an ancient town allegedly founded by Tusco, son of Hercules, famous for its medieval walls and towers, and for the Etruscan necropolis. Do not miss a visit to Santa Maria Maggiore church, half-Christian and half-Etruscan, where the sacred and profane blend perfectly.

You will stop at Lake Bracciano, the second largest of Lazio’s volcanic lakes. There you will have a chance to visit the “Castle on the Lake”, a medieval castle which dates back to the 10th Century, or just take a relaxing stroll along the clean shores of the lake.

You will reach Cerveteri, home to a Unesco World Heritage Site, the Etruscan Necropoli in Banditaccia, dating back to IX century  B.C. and visit what used to be one of the most important commercial centres in the Etruscan time.
