All purchases made through this website, or over the phone through customer service, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
In any and all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the guest(s) named in the booking.
No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the company.
Upon release of payment and guarantee of booking, all guests submit 100% compliance to the following Terms & Conditions Policy.
Should any doubt or dispute with said Terms & Conditions arise before booking, guests are requested to contact the company before confirming a booking.
All services are fulfilled and provided by JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L. Elements of your services may be provided by third parties under a contract with JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS
BOOKINGS
It is client’s responsibility to provide all the exact and necessary details at the time of the booking.
Be advised that we require twenty-four (24) to forty- eight (48) hours to process the reservations.
In the event that clients have indipendently purchased tickets for visits, guided tours, or any other experiences, it is their responsibility to inform us. Please note that Joe Banana Limos & Travel S.R.L cannot be held responsible if, due to unforeseen events beyond our control, any of these experiences cannot be carried out
PROMOTIONAL CODES
If you have a coupon code or qualify for a discount, it must be applied BEFORE purchase.
Promotional codes cannot be stacked, consolidated, transferred, combined or re-used, unless otherwise noted. All promotional codes have an expiration date, whether explicit or not. Expiration dates are set at 1 year from issuance when no date is explicitly noted. The multi tour cruise port discount is not combinable with any other discount offers.
Promotional codes are not applicable on Cruise port tours. There is a multi tour discount automatically applied.
We would like to kindly inform you that any applied discounts or active promotional codes are not applicable to the following additional services: Any entrance tickets, headsets and experiences.
MULTIPLE CRUISE PORT TOUR DISCOUNT
The mulitple cruise port discount code is available when booking two or more full day cruise port tours from different ports. The reservations must be booked under the same name and cruise ship itinerary with the same departure date. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when booking two or more cruise port tours from different ports with our company. The discount is as follows: 30€ off each tour when booking 2 tours from different cruise ports, 40€ off each tour when booking 3 tours from different cruise port tours, 50€ off each tour when booking 4 tours from different cruise port tours. The multi-tour discount is not combinable with any other discounts or offers.
PAYMENTS
JBL & Travel is able to accept the following payment methods: Euro cash the day of the service or via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) before the scheduled service, as per our payment methods. Your credit card will be charged in Euro currency.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations made by clients must be requested in writing via email and the date of cancellation will be calculated based on Italian standard time.
More than 7 days: no charge or full refund issued
. Less than 7 days and no show: full amount charged or no refund issued
PLEASE NOTE: Regarding the tickets we offer, should you require us to procure them on your behalf, we will proceed with their purchase, subject to availability, either at the time of booking or once they become available for sale. It is important to note that all tickets obtained through our services are unfortunately non-refundable.
While we strive to accommodate all requests, it is essential to acknowledge that we cannot guarantee ticket availability due to various factors beyond our control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, the limited availability of tickets, as well as unforeseen events such as internal assemblies or strikes at the respective sites.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter and assure you that we will make every effort to facilitate your ticketing needs to the best of our ability.
Force Majeure
If a site, attraction, or visit on your scheduled tour service/itinerary is closed due to force majeure, including strikes, inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen closures, the Company will do its best to contact guests soon as possible, and offer a suitable substitution, reschedule a different service, or provide a refund, pending availability and at full company discretion.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
The company strongly recommends guests arrange travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. inclement weather, strikes, seismic events). It is also recommended guests arrange medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, loss of baggage, loss of personal belongings, or other such travel mishaps. Guests agree that both the company and any local partner operators are not liable for any of such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through Joe Banana Limos & Travel.
last minute bookings
For all last-minute requests within (i.e., those made less than 4 days before the requested service), a surcharge of 20% will be applied. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when planning your travel arrangements to ensure the best possible experience.
Night services surcharge
Kindly be informed that there is an extra charge of 30% for services provided between 7 pm and 7 am.
"Price starts from"
We wish to inform you that our starting prices indicated on our website are referred to the lowest possibile per person rates for the tours, which are dependent upon the number of guests in your party as well as the starting/ending locations of your tours.
"Photos and Videos"
By participating in our tours, you grant Joe Banana Limos & Travel the right to capture photos and videos of you during your experience. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. Joe Banana Limos & Travel values the dignity and decorum of all our clients. Therefore, we reserve the right not to publish any photo or video that may negatively affect an individual's image or reputation. If you prefer not to have your likeness used in our promotional materials, please inform us prior to the tour, and we will ensure your wishes are respected. We are committed to protecting your privacy while also showcasing the wonderful experiences we provide. Your participation implies consent for the use of your image, but rest assured that we prioritize your comfort and dignity in all our communications and promotions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER SERVICES
LUGGAGE
When booking a private transfer, quotations are provided, inclusive of the corresponding number of luggage for the selected vehicle.
If the quantity of luggage exceeds the aforementioned limit, the client is required to communicate this information at the time of the reservation request.
DELAYS
Joe Banana Limos & Travel is not responsible for missed transfers due to any events outside of their control. For example, flight delays or other problems including, but not limited to, time spent reporting baggage as either damaged or lost.
Should your arrival flight/train be late causing you to miss a transfer or connecting service, Joe Banana Limos & Travel will assist in making alternative arrangements, however, the original cost will not be refunded and any additional expenses incurred shall be covered by you.
It is the client's responsibility to have all necessary valid passports, visas and other travel documents and to arrive at the correct departure point at the correct time. We decline any responsibility should you miss your flight/train or incur any extra expenses your delay or no-show may cause to you. No refund is due for failure to show up on time for the transfer. Joe Banana Limos & Travel will not be held liable for missed flights/trains/ships/ferries/lost luggage.
wait time
Flight Delays
For flight delays exceeding 60 minutes, the following conditions will apply:
The Client will be charged an additional waiting fee of 65€ for sedan vehicle and 80€ for minivan per hour or part thereof, after the 1 hour complimentary waiting time.
In case of a significant delay or cancellation of the flight, the Client must inform the Company as soon as possible. If Joe Banana Limos & Travel is not able to reschedule your service, we reserve the right to cancel the service if the delay exceeds 1 hour.
Our company is committed to flexibility and always strives to accommodate our clients’ needs. However, if the service is provided by one of our partners and incurs an additional cost, we will not be able to waive any late arrival fees.
Train Delays
For train delays exceeding 30 minutes, the following conditions will apply:
The Client will be charged an additional waiting fee of 65€ for sedan vehicle and 80€ for minivan per hour or part thereof, after the 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.
In case of a significant delay or cancellation of the train, the Client must inform the Company as soon as possible. If Joe Banana Limos & Travel is not able to reschedule your service, we reserve the right to cancel the service if the delay exceeds 1 hour.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all travel information provided to the Company is accurate and up to date. Any changes to flight or train schedules must be communicated to the Company promptly. Failure to inform the Company of any delays or schedule changes may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund (as per above)
Company Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or additional costs incurred by the Client due to flight or train delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delayed arrivals but cannot guarantee service beyond the conditions outlined in these terms.
Joe Banana Limos & Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against any such expenses incurred. If any transfer is missed due to tardiness, failure to meet at the designated check-in/pick-up area, and/or any other negligence on your behalf, Joe Banana Limos & Travel can not be held responsible. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, trains or private transportation, guides, and other transportation services arranged by Joe Banana Limos & Travel
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURS AND BOAT TOURS
LUGGAGE
When booking a private service, quotations are given including 1 large size luggage and 1 carry on per person.
Should the number of luggage exceed the above number, the client must inform at the time of the request.
Yatch services
We wish to inform you that for the Yatch services cancellations can be made with no penalty up to 30 days before the scheduled service date.
DELAYS
Upon confirmation of your service you will receive a voucher with pick up location and time. If you anticipate you will be delayed for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact the number listed in your voucher.
Waiting time will be 10 minutes, after which we will consider it a “NO SHOW” and apply the related cancellation policy.

Vehicles for day tours
Above 8 passengers from Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi, Salerno, Taormina, Catania and Messina ports we can either provide a Mercedes Sprinter minibus or multiple luxury minivans (according on the availability we have), while from Civitavecchia, Livorno and La Spezia ports we will provide multiple minivans above 7 passengers.
Cruise ship is unable to dock at the originally designated port
If the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any circumstance out of your control, you will not be charged and we will try to re-schedule your service according to availability. If your cruise ship docks in a different port nearby, for example La Spezia Port instead of Livorno Port, we will change the pick up location, however there will be a fee associated with the change of port.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURS OF ITALY
Custom Tour Design Services
The company will provide a custom tour design service which includes up to two complimentary customized tour offers. If a guest wishes to make modifications to an itinerary beyond the second customized tour offer, there is a 500€ non-refundable service fee. This service fee will be collected by means of credit card payment. Upon booking, this fee will be applied to (deducted from) the total amount due for the tour service.
Payment
Upon entering into a booking agreement, a credit card is required as a guarantee of services and a 30% deposit is to be paid at the time of confirmation. The remaining 70% balance is to due one month before first day of service.
Pricing Transparency
We take pride in crafting personalized travel experiences that meet the unique preferences and interests of our esteemed clients. As a result of this bespoke approach, our tour packages are intricately designed and composed of a variety of elements that contribute to the overall experience. However, please note that we do not provide a detailed breakdown of pricing for our all-inclusive Italy tours.
Comprehensive Pricing
Rest assured that the total cost of your customized Italy tour covers all planned activities, accommodations, transportation, meals, and services specified in your itinerary. Our pricing is all-inclusive, reflecting the quality, convenience, and exclusivity that define our tours.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation of services is due in writing to our company at least 30 days prior the scheduled service start date, after these terms, the full account balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If cancellation is made within these terms, a full refund will be provided, minus the non-refundable custom tour design service fee of 500€ when applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If tickets have already been purchased when you choose to cancel or change your tour date, you will be financially responsible for the tickets purchased (payment will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking) and unfortunately they will no longer be valid for your tour/service.
By proceeding with the booking of our customized Italy tour, you acknowledge and agree to our pricing policy as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COUPONS
Joe Banana Limos is the owner company that sells online on the website www.joebananalimos.net.
The voucher is valid for all the services that will take place until december 2024. The validity cannot be extended and upon expiry you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount.
The voucher must be used in a single solution and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
The voucher is non-refundable and is redeemable by booking an Italy Tour Package of at least 7 days directly from the site Italy Tour Packages.
The voucher is nominative and can be used by the holder or by another person of his choice, notifying the agency that will promptly change the name on it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARDS
The Gift Card is associated with a code (consisting of 5 alphanumeric digits) which can be used to purchase any type of service on the JoeBananaLimos.net website. During the booking phase, the beneficiary can use the credit of his gift voucher.
The card is nominative, but in any moment the person who received it can change the addressee's name. Electronic credit is added to the forms of payment currently envisaged.
The credit is valid for 5 years from the time of emission / purchase and can be used in conjunction with other payment methods (as credit card or bank transfer). The Gift Card is not salable and cannot be converted into cash.
