Please notice: Due to the increasingly high tourist volume within the Cinque Terre, a local Administration Decree has prohibited private vehicles to drive through the villages. Your driver will accompany you to the first town and assist you with ticket purchases for the ferry or train, which you will use to navigate through the villages, and then the driver will wait for you in the last town at the end of the day.
You will have time to visit the Cinque Terre. These five medieval fishing villages, suspended between sea and land, will surely fascinate you with their incredible panoramas composed of steep terraces, gardens, vineyards and olive groves, hanging from sheer cliffs thank to an ingenous system of "muretti" (low stone walls) shaped and layered over the course of nearly two millennia.
You will explore Pisa, where the the world-famous Leaning Tower is located. Of course, a stop in Piazza dei Miracoli for memorable pictures is a must, but do not forget that this university city is also full of history and culture, thanks to its glorious past as a Maritime Republic.

We booked this tour with a group of four and had four others join us in an 8 seater van. Our driver Roberto met us as arranged and went over and above in driving us to the beautiful Cinque Terre villages and then added Pisa on our way back as a bonus. Lots of laughs and helpful information all the way. So glad we did this over a bus tour anyway! Thanks so much for an excellent day, highly recommend.
